1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 399btd platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the 399btd platform.

• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 399btd for breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. 399btd reserves the right to reject any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

Identity Verification: 399btd may require you to submit documentary proof of identity and address before processing any withdrawal or at any point during the operation of your account. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and utility bills. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your account credentials with any other person. 399btd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

399btd reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in a fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper manner, including but not limited to collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of games or sports events.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits into your 399btd wallet must be made from a payment account that is held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension. 399btd accepts the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. 399btd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing targets for bKash and Nagad are under 15 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions; however, 399btd does not guarantee these timeframes and actual processing times may vary. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

399btd reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where:

• Identity verification has not been completed.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been satisfied.
• A chargeback, payment dispute, or investigation is in progress.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum threshold will not be processed until the minimum is reached.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

399btd may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. General rules applicable to all bonus offers include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be converted to withdrawable cash upon satisfaction of the stated wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, which will not be less than 7 days unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 399btd platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. In general:

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances where 399btd determines that a palpable error in odds or market data occurred.
• Palpable errors: 399btd reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, including odds resulting from technical malfunctions, data feed errors, or manifest human error in market creation.
• Match abandonment: Where a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, single-event bets are voided and stakes returned where a match does not complete to an officially determinable result within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) markets are offered at the absolute discretion of 399btd. Markets may be suspended at any time and bets placed during suspension will be voided. 399btd does not accept responsibility for connection delays that result in bets being placed at outdated prices.

8. Casino and Game Rules

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the 399btd platform without prior written consent from 399btd. The brand name "399btd" and associated marks may not be used in any context without express written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399btd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 399btd platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

399btd does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. 399btd will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits 399btd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
